🔁 Return Eligibility
You may request a return or refund under the following conditions:
The item is unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
The return is requested within 30 days of the delivery date
All included accessories, manuals, and components are returned intact
Note: Products that are damaged due to improper installation, mishandling, or modification are not eligible for return.

Reason for return
Photos of the product (if damaged or incorrect)
Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return shipping address.
Ship the product back using a trackable shipping service.
💳 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email confirmation.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Depending on your bank, the funds may take a few more days to reflect in your account.
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
Items returned after 30 days
Products not in original condition (e.g., used, scratched, or missing parts)
Downloadable software or installation guides (if applicable)
Gift cards or promotional items
🛠️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll replace it or offer a full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.
📬 Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, damaged product), we cover return shipping.
For all other returns (e.g., buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong item), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
📦 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a product, please return the original item and place a new order.
